China Ningbo International Stationery Fair, the annual global stationery industry event, the scale of the exhibition has been ranked first in the Asia Pacific stationery industry exhibition for many years.Based on Ningbo, the global stationery manufacturing and trade center and the stationery capital of China, the exhibition has become an important international business exhibition platform for stationery industry integrating display, exchange, trade and innovation services, helping enterprises to explore the domestic and foreign markets.
The exhibits cover the four fields of office, school, art and life, and the whole industrial chain is presented. The main professional visitors include overseas importers, overseas purchasing agents, foreign trade companies, OEM/ODM brand owners, domestic trade channels, cross-border e-commerce e-commerce, life hall, group buyers, terminal retailers, etc.

Admission
- This is a trade show open only to professionals.
- Pre-registration is free before the show. Starting from 12:00 AM on March 19, 2025, registration will require a fee of RMB 50 per person.
- Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter.
Entrance Halls
- South Entrance Hall (Halls 1, 2, 6)
- West Entrance Hall (Halls 7, 8)
- North Entrance Hall (Halls 3, 4, 5)

1. Real-name Entry Requirement: Please bring your passport.
2. Visitor Badge: The badge is for personal use only. Registration through any official channel, including the official website and WeChat, is valid. No need to register multiple times.

4. Free Registration Until Midnight, March 18, 2025: Please keep your registration confirmation. You can quickly print your badge at self-service machines on-site.
5. Paid Registration After Midnight, March 18, 2025: If you have not successfully registered before the exhibition, registration will require a fee of RMB 50 per person from 12:00 AM on March 19, 2025, or on-site.
